Timothy J. Eloe is a partner in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP based in the Firm’s Chicago office. He is part of the Corporate Department, where he focuses his practice in the areas of buyouts and recapitalizations, mergers and acquisitions, and private equity/emerging companies. His particular emphasis has been on leveraged acquisitions and complex buyout transactions. Timothy has experience in a wide variety of these transactions ranging in size from several million dollars to $1 billion.
Timothy also works with venture capital investors and privately-held companies on equity financing transactions, commercial contract matters and corporate governance issues.
Timothy is admitted to practice in Illinois.
