In September of 2006, Tim joined Marshall, Dennehey, Warner, Coleman & Goggin as an associate focusing his practice on casualty litigation in the areas of professional liability, warranty defense, product liability, liquor liability, and premises liability.
Tim graduated from Boston College in 2003 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. During his fall semester of 2002, he clerked for Senator John Kerry (D-MA) in Boston. Following graduation, he attended Temple University James E. Beasley School of Law. While attending Temple Law, Tim worked part-time as a law clerk with Liberty Mutual Insurance Group in the Philadelphia Legal Department, dealing primarily in matters of workers' compensation and products liability. |
