Tim Rowe is a partner in the firm’s Reno office. He focuses his practice primarily in the areas of employment law and litigation and the defense of employers in workers compensation related matters. Mr. Rowe handles a wide range of employment law related matters including litigation in employment discrimination, sexual harassment, ADA and workers compensation.
Mr. Rowe represents a variety of clients from large gaming establishments to small businesses needing assistance in the employment law area. His clients include many of the most prominent gaming, manufacturing, and political entities in the state.
Mr. Rowe has been listed in the Best Lawyers in America, Woodward/White in the workers compensation arena since 1995.
Before merging into McDonald Carano Wilson in 1987, Mr. Rowe maintained a practice devoted exclusively to construction law and litigation. He continues to represent a number of construction related entities in construction litigation matters.
