Tim has experience in all aspects of corporate finance, with particular expertise in project finance and mergers and acquisitions. From 1980 -1992 he was a co-owner of Merrick Capital Corporation, an investment company that focused on all facets of the energy industry as well as real estate. During the later part of this period, he was involved in restructuring and related management advisory work resulting from the protracted economic downturn of the Southwest economy. His recent work has focused on clients in engineering, construction, pipelines, light manufacturing, and distribution. Mr. Mills graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a BBA in Finance. |
