Mr. Coleman has over 20 years of investment banking experience. He has completed over 100 transactions involving mergers and acquisitions, as well as capital raising engagements in the equity and debt capital markets. Mr. Coleman has worked extensively in sectors that include manufacturing, distribution outsourced services and environmental services with companies such as Press Ganey Associates, Thermo Electron, CTB, Inc. and En Clean, Inc. Prior to joining Dresner Partners, Mr. Coleman was a managing director with McDonald Investments where he managed the firm's corporate finance initiatives in Chicago and the upper Midwest, and PricewaterhouseCoopers Securities, where he was responsible for the firm's Midwest investment banking operations. He began his career with The Chicago Corporation, where he became managing director in charge of the firm's corporate finance activities in the environmental services sector. Mr. Coleman is active in community affairs, having served as president of the board of trustees of the Lake Forest Country Day School and currently serving on the Chicago Botanic Garden's Board of Directors. He is also a member of The Economic Club of Chicago. |
