C. Timothy White has served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Meritage Homes Corporation since October 2005. Prior to joining Meritage, Mr. White was a partner in the international law firm of Greenberg Traurig L.L.P. where he served as the chairman of the Real Estate Department in that firm’s Phoenix office and where he specialized in representing homebuilders, including Meritage. Mr. White served as a director of Meritage from January 1997 through October 2005 and as a director of Monterey Homes from February 1995 until December 1996.
Mr. White received his law degree from Arizona State University College of Law in 1985 and a B.S. in Accounting from University of Arizona in 1982. |
