Timothy C. Reis serves as vice president and General Counsel, with responsibility for all EMS legal matters. His position reports to the President and CEO.
Reis joined EMS in 2001 as Assistant General Counsel. Prior to joining EMS, he was Counsel for four years at King & Spalding and Morris, Manning and Martin, in Atlanta.
Previously, he served as in-house counsel for 10 years at UPS, the world's largest package delivery company and a global leader in supply chain service, in Atlanta and in Greenwich, Conn., and for six years at Manufacturers Hanover Trust Company, in New York, N.Y.
Reis received his law degree from Vermont Law School in 1982, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Economics from Fordham University in New York in 1979. He was admitted to the New York Bar in 1983 and to the Georgia Bar in 2002.
Reis is a member of the Georgia Bar Association and of the Association of Corporate Counsel. |
