Tim has a corporate and securities law practice that includes public and private equity and debt offerings, mergers and acquisitions, poison pills, review of Exchange Act filings, joint-venture transactions and general corporate and securities matters. In addition, Tim works with clients to help structure and negotiate intellectual property transactions such as strategic technology partnerships, private label and co-branding arrangements, software development agreements and outsourcing deals. Tim has particular experience in the energy, timber and technology industries.
