As a member of Alpha Omega’s executive team, Tim directs and controls Finance and Accounting, Purchasing, Inventory Control, Warehouse Management, Shipping, Receiving, Facilities Management, General Operations and Human Resources. Since joining Alpha Omega in 1992, Tim set many policies and procedures that have grown the company from $1M in sales to today’s over $7M - accomplished with a minimum of additional headcount. Tim holds the certifications CPIM (Certified in Production and Inventory Control Management) and CIRM (Certified in Integrated Resource Management). Prior to joining Alpha Omega, Tim was employed by Concurrent Computer Corporation (formerly Perkin Elmer) for thirteen years. During his tenure, Tim excelled in Marketing and Manufacturing roles such as Marketing Research Analyst, Assistant to Product Line Managers, Liaison to Manufacturing and Sales, Information Specialist, Production Line Supervisor, and Master Production Scheduler. Tim graduated with honors from Syracuse University earning a Bachelors of Science Degree, majoring in both Operations Management and Human Resources. Tim is active in community service and has held many positions in local churches in addition to volunteering his time coaching numerous youth sports. |
