Timothy Matthews serves as CEO and President of Jewelry Television, the nation's largest retailer of loose gemstones and the largest dedicated television retailer of fine jewelry. Prior to his position at Jewelry Television, he served as a partner at the law firm of Keating, Muething & Klekamp, P.L.L., for over 20 years and was head of the Commercial Finance and Reorganization Practice Group with practice emphasis on the full spectrum of financing and capitalization transactions. He also has continued his service on the board of directors of several middle market companies. During his 27 years of legal practice, he developed expertise in corporate mergers and acquisitions, taxation and management succession and estate planning. He has published in the American Bankruptcy Law Journal and has served as adjunct professor of taxation at The Salmon P. Chase College of Law. |
