Timila S. Rother is a shareholder and director in the Firm's Oklahoma City offices. Her experience ranges from litigation in class action, insurance, business, and healthcare litigation cases to appellate work. She also has experience in ethics and legal malpractice cases and is Loss Prevention and Claims Counsel for the Firm. She has lectured on ethics, insurance, healthcare and motion practice topics. Ms. Rother graduated with honors from the University of Oklahoma in 1987, where she received a Bachelor of Science Degree in political science. She received her law degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Law with honors in 1990. Additionally, Ms. Rother was a recipient of the prestigious Maurice H. Merrill and the Vivien McConnell Hood Scholarships. She served on the University of Oklahoma Mock Trial Team, and was an assistant legal research and writing instructor at OU. Ms. Rother is a member of the American Bar Association and the Oklahoma Bar Association. She is currently Co-Chair of the ABA Professional Liability Litigation Subcommittee for Attorneys' Loss Prevention & Ethics. She is also currently a member of the Oklahoma Legal Ethics Advisory Panel. Ms. Rother is listed in the Best Lawyers in America (Insurance Law).
