Tim Wilcock is a graduate of the London School of Economics and a Chartered Management Accountant. He has lived and worked in a variety of countries and for a number of organisations. During the last 30 years he has gained experience of the oil industry through his time with BP, chemicals through his work with ICI and Hickson, pharmaceuticals through his spell at AstraZeneca and professional services delivery with McGrigors (a leading UK law firm) and Quintiles (a leading CRO). His most recent role was at McGrigors, where he was responsible for both the financial and operational side of the business. He has experience of dealing with rapidly growing organisations (Quintiles and McGrigors) as well as company turnarounds (Hickson).
He recently worked with the Scottish Government advising on measures necessary to improve public sector spending and operational efficiency. He has advised a number of small to medium sized enterprises in the UK in terms of change management and delivery. |
