Tim has a proven track record in building sales and customer support organizations to serve the Asian electronics marketplace. In addition to extensive knowledge of Asian electronic component markets, he is also fluent in Chinese, Japanese and English.
Prior to joining iSuppli, Tim was Vice President for Business Development, Asia at International Rectifier (IR). He also served at IR in a number of executive management positions, setting up factories and sales/distribution organizations in China, conducting intellectual property negotiations, and developing global Y2K programs. Before joining IR, Tim served at ANA Trading Corporation, managing import/export and financing of high-tech electronics and aircraft related components. He also served at Lockheed Aeronautical Systems in international trade development and procurement, and at Telisons International and Fair Industrial Co. Ltd. in international sales.
He has served the US Semiconductor Industry Association, China Chapter as the first Vice Chairman and was a board member of the US Information Technology Office in Beijing.
Tim earned a BSME degree from Aoyama Gakuin University in Tokyo, Japan. |
