Mr. Walworth is experienced in all aspects of PC-based systems. His projects include:
A real-time data acquisition and process control system to monitor an aluminum smelting application. This project displays data graphically and controls the system via Web pages. Installations will be at multiple sites within the U.S., and in Brazil, Australia, Spain, and Norway.
The design, coding, implementation, and training for a sample tracking system in a physical testing lab. This system used a fully integrated local area network to automate the instruments in laboratory, using bar code technology to perform sample identification.
A SAFE (Store and Forward) system for process control manufacturing applications. SAFE receives asynchronous data, stores it on a local disk, and transfers it to a host system at a later time.
A database application to monitor sales lead tracking and follow up, integrated with a purchase order/inventory control application.
