Mr. Timothy Vroman, the COO/CFO for Cypress Care, has over 20 years of experience as a senior finance and operations executive, leading businesses within Mellon Financial Corporation and PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. His background includes CFO/Operations roles, as well as over 10 years serving on the executive teams of the HR outsourcing business (domestically and internationally) for these companies.Prior to joining Cypress Care in 2003, Mr. Vroman's experience included a leadership role as senior finance/operations in a high growth HR outsourcing business unit that was developed from a core unit within Coopers & Lybrand into a key sector of the product portfolio for Pricewaterhouse Coopers and subsequently Mellon Financial Corporation. Prior to joining Coopers & Lybrand in 1992, .Mr. Vroman served as Finance Director and Treasurer for Harbridge House, a management consultant firm in Boston. He earned an MBA in Finance from Boston College, and B.S. in accounting from Bryant College. |
