Tim is the technical visionary and architect of Plethora Technology's principal software products - SecureChannel and Perspective. Simms is an expert in computer security and cryptography, Windows and Linux/UNIX architectures, and networking infrastructure, which has fueled Plethora's success, largely demonstrated by his SecureChannel single-ended authentication invention, which drives Plethora's products. He was also the motivating force behind a large-scale website application designed by Plethora's founders, AuctionOctopus.com. In addition to Plethora, Simms' career includes systems engineering, software engineering, and network consulting with the University of Maryland, GE Information Services, Internet Interstate, and Verio. |
