I started with Malloy in 1973. I spent my first five years working as a binder operator, a position I liked very much. However, I really wanted to learn more about the book business. So, I moved on and spent the next two years in our Job Planning Department where I learned about the real nuts and bolts of making books. I then moved from Job Planning to Estimating, working there for a number of years before becoming a Customer Service Representative. While I was in Customer Service I took on the additional responsibilities of In-House Sales Representative. I held this dual role for six plus years before focusing all of my time on sales, and I'm still at it.I currently work with publishers from Russia to Hawaii and all across the U.S. I enjoy helping first time authors and established publishing companies achieve success with their book projects. |
