Mr. Regan joined Seniorlink for the launch of Caregiver Homes. With nearly 20 years of experience in public administration and finance, Mr. Regan is focused on modeling the Caregiver Homes program and forming partnerships with state governments, state agencies and other organizations. Mr. Regan served as the Assistant Secretary for Finance of Massachusetts’ Executive Office of Elder Affairs (EOEA). He managed EOEA’s financial systems and oversaw all contracts with the State’s Home Care Corporations and Area Agencies on Aging. He also represented the EOEA in the development of the Commonwealth’s 1115 Medicaid waiver. Prior to his appointment as Assistant Secretary, Mr. Regan was the Assistant Commissioner for Finance at the Massachusetts Department of Public Welfare, where he was responsible for an annual budget of $3 billion. Mr. Regan received his education at the University of Massachusetts. |
