Tim Patneaude leads WAUSAU Financial Systems’ strategy and execution for both Services and Support. In this role, he is responsible for WAUSAU Financial Systems solution implementation and professional/education services, as well as driving customer satisfaction in WAUSAU Financial Systems’ call center and support areas. Mr. Patneaude also serves as CIO for WAUSAU Financial Systems, responsible for leading the company’s Information Technology strategies and data protection within the organization.
Mr. Patneaude joined WAUSAU Financial Systems in 2005, and has over 20 years experience in the financial services industry, including product management, operations management, business unit management, mergers and acquisitions and information technology.
Prior to joining WAUSAU Financial Systems, Mr. Patneaude was the Vice President of Strategic Infrastructure Management at Metavante Corporation. Previously, he held business unit management roles within Metavante’s Electronic Payments Division.
Mr. Patneaude holds a BA in Management Information Systems from the University of Wisconsin and is ITIL Foundations Certified. |
