Tim has been a successful search consultant since 1983 and most of his experience has been in relocation recruitment. As such, he is very familiar with the stresses involved in working with someone in that situation and does his best to interact with them accordingly. The last thing someone in that situation needs "is a pushy headhunter telling them what to do"! When not at work, Tim enjoys abalone and SCUBA diving, water skiing, camping and practicing hot yoga.
