Tim Katke, one of the founders of Metagenics, has played a pivotal role in the company’s sales success for over two decades. After starting in 1980 as a Field Sales Representative, he progressed to District Sales Manager, National Sales Manager, and Senior Director of Sales. In January 2007 he was promoted to Vice President of Sales.
As Senior Director of Sales, Tim Katke led a 109-person sales force to generate double-digit sales growth every year for four consecutive years. He also is the creator of the company’s current sales management system.
As Vice President of Sales, he is responsible for creating effective sales strategies, developing annual sales plans, field training, and oversees the activities of Metagenics’ 12 District Sales Managers and 2 Directors of Sales. |
