Tim Hughes brings over 20 years of active duty experience in the U.S. Army to KeyLogic as the Director of Intelligence Programs. He is a subject matter expert in conducting strategic, tactical, and clandestine Signals Intelligence collection, passive and active targeting, analysis, target development, quality control, research, and reporting. He is also a recognized professional Signals Intelligence analyst and collection manager. Mr. Hughes is deeply involved with the development of training programs for conducting passive and active SIGINT, as well as training military personnel in tactical signals intelligence operations.

Mr. Hughes received his BA from Eastern Illinois University.
