With twenty-eight years in technical support I end up being the "old guy" in Dataedge. Prior to this my time was evenly split between working for Digital Equipment (DEC) as a US level Network and VMS support engineer and as an independent consultant. As Director of Services, my role is to determine product direction, create services around those products and insure that our clients are happy. At Dataedge, we have taken the approach that it is better to focus on a specific area than to try to be all things to all people. Our desire is to evaluate what problems our clients are facing everyday in data protection and storage and then find the best technical solutions to solve those issues.
