Tim Eichenlaub is Senior Managing Director and Group Head of CIT Sponsor Finance, a unit of CIT Group Inc. (NYSE: CIT), a leading global commercial and consumer finance company. Prior to re-joining CIT in 2005, Eichenlaub held various senior level positions at GE Commercial Finance and Heller Financial. Following the acquisition of Heller by GE in 2001, he was an executive with GE Capital’s Merchant Banking Group. At Heller Financial, Eichenlaub was Executive Vice President and Head of Capital Markets for Heller’s Corporate Finance Group. Prior to this he was a Senior Vice President in Heller’s Atlanta office and focused on providing senior debt, subordinated debt, and equity to middle market buyout firms in the southeast United States. Prior to GE and Heller Financial, Eichenlaub was a middle market lending officer at The CIT Group and Mellon Bank. He received a MS in Industrial Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a BA from Grove City College. |
