Tim Crow is the executive vice president of Human Resources for The Home Depot. He oversees all aspects of human resource management for the Company’s more than 355 000 associates.
Previously Tim served as senior vice president of Organization Talent and Performance Systems. He was responsible for the Company's talent management organization effectiveness compensation benefits executive development executive staffing human resources information systems relocation and performance management activities.
Before joining The Home Depot in 2002 Tim served as senior vice president of Human Resources at Kmart where he was responsible for all store distribution center and corporate human resources support. Additionally Tim managed extensive employee issues related to Kmart’s financial restructuring under Chapter 11 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code including benefits restoration retention plans store closings and internal communications.
Prior to joining Kmart Tim served as vice president of Human Resources for Sears’ 55 000-employee Automotive Group. He managed personnel issues related to the Allstate and Dean Witter spinoffs and the sale of Coldwell Banker. While at Sears Tim also held key roles in the controller risk management and accounting policy areas. His career at Sears Roebuck & Co. spanned almost 20 years.
Tim is a director of the Human Resources Policy Association and serves on the board of directors for the board of advisors of the National EmployAbility Partnership.
Tim attended California State University at Northridge where he earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting. |
