Tim oversees accounting and finance functions for the company and its numerous financial relationships. With over twenty years of real estate accounting and finance experience, Tim is an active member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), and the North Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants (NCACPA). He also serves on the board of advisors of The Urban Restoration and on the board of his church. Tim is a licensed CPA and received his undergraduate degree in accounting from Oral Roberts University. |
