Tim was appointed ATMI's Chief Financial Officer in September 2007 and is responsible for planning ATMI's financing strategies and managing ATMI's overall financial health. Before becoming CFO Tim was most recently Senior Vice-President and General Manager Packaging for ATMI. Prior to working with the Packaging business Tim was leading ATMI's business development activities. Tim previously managed ATMI's worldwide finance organization as Vice-President and Corporate Controller where his responsibilities included overseeing financial reporting financial planning and analysis investment and cash management and internal audit. Before joining ATMI in 2000 Tim was with Campbell Soup Company from 1991 to 2000 where he was most recently a Finance Director for Campbell Australia and for Pepperidge Farm. He also held strategic planning mergers and acquisitions and internal audit positions. From 1988 to 1991 Tim was with Ernst & Young. He earned a B.S. in Economics with concentrations in finance and accounting from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and is a Certified Public Accountant |
