With a solid background working as an SAP FI Functional Analyst, Tim is MRG's resident SAP expert and ASUG Membership Champion. As an Account Manager with MRG, he specializes in SAP and SOX recruiting.

Throughout his career, Tim has over 15 years experience in Accounting and Accounting Management (including Controller positions) with two of the world's largest corporations. He excelled in Accounting Management by interviewing and selecting the best talent and was so successful in developing a "model" organization that other department managers began setting up their departments in a similar manner.

Tim was involved in several SAP major implementations, including leading the Finance portion (SAP FI) of a major implementation for one of the world's largest oil companies. Tim then moved into SOX consulting were he developed documentation, wrote testing scripts, performed testing and led remediation efforts for two of the world's largest companies in their industry.

Tim brings these talents to MRG where he is gaining the respect from his clients and getting a reputation with them as they continually turn to him for the assistance they need for their staffing needs.
