Tim Brown is a senior logistics and supply chain management professional with over 20 years in supply chain consulting. Tim’s project experience spans a wide range of supply chain areas, including supply chain strategy, inventory optimization, third party logistics selection and implementation, software selection, service operations strategy, and distribution operations. Tim was previously an Associate Partner at IBM Global Business Services, where he focused on supply chain strategy, logistics transformation and optimization. He began his consulting career at SysteCon and served as the optimization team leader in Andersen Consulting’s supply chain management practice. Prior to consulting, Tim served in supply chain management positions with Frito-Lay, Tropicana, and Georgia-Pacific. Tim holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Georgia State University and a Bachelor of Management Science degree with a specialization in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Tech. He is also a certified project manager (PMP) and certified in production and inventory management (CPIM). |
