Tim Biggio has served as general counsel of Broadlane since August 2006. Prior to working for Broadlane, Biggio was a corporate and securities attorney for law firms in Houston and Dallas. In 2000, he left Gardere Wynne Sewell LLP, where he was a partner to serve as the general counsel of a start-up technology company called SandStream Communications. Biggio then worked for VarTec Telecom, where he served as deputy chief counsel, managing all of the company's contracts and corporate transactions and counseling on a wide range of legal issues. He has over 17 years of experience representing companies in a wide range of industries on a variety of transactional legal matters. Biggio holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in finance from Texas Christian University and a Juris Doctor from the University of Texas School of Law. |
