Tim Beach joined MVP as an Associate in 2005. Prior to MVP, Mr. Beach was an investment banking analyst at Banc of America Securities (BAS), where he spent three years in varying capacities. Most recently, he worked in corporate finance and M&A in Chicago across the automotive and forest products groups. Prior to his role in Chicago, Mr. Beach worked in credit products and was part of a team responsible for underwriting and structuring bank debt transactions.
While at BAS, Mr. Beach was involved in a $1.5 billion recapitalization, the representation of a U.S. buyer in a $650 million cross-border strategic acquisition and several financing arrangements, ranging in size from $125 million to $2.5 billion.
Mr. Beach received a B.S. in Finance from Santa Clara University. |
