Tim Allen is a 30-year high tech veteran with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, corporate financings, venture financings, international operations, strategic partnering, software license negotiations and banking relationships.
Prior to Integra5, Tim served as the Chief Financial Officer of I-E Engine, a leading provider of Benefits Lifecycle Management solutions and services, for three years. Before I-E Engine, Tim held a variety of positions at GeoTel Communications, including vice president of finance, Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Assistant Secretary. He was CFO during the copmany’s IPO in November 1996 and served as a Finance Director at Cisco Systems after its 1999 acquisition of GeoTel.
Earlier in his career, Tim served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Object Design Inc., Vice President of Finance and Chief Accounting Officer for XyVision, Inc., and Corporate Controller at Nixdorf Computer Corporation. Tim received a B.S. in Accounting from Merrimack College and an M.B.A. from Babson College. |
