Mr. Adams is responsible for the design and development of Confidence-Based assessments as a teaching tool with a focus on knowledge mastery. He also is responsible for learning and assessment research in knowledge transfer as well as Knowledge Factor’s intellectual property and patents. Mr. Adams has been instrumental in the development of several online universities and has consulted with numerous organizations on global eLearning projects and initiatives. He directed a team that developed award winning global blended learning programs for Xerox and Microsoft, which were delivered in Europe, Asia, South America and the US. He has been considered a pioneer in distance education, having written one of the first online programs for an online university in 1987. Besides winning awards three straight years in a row at the US Distance Education Association for ‘Best in Class Corporate Training’, Mr. Adams also won a Brandon Hall award for ‘Educational Innovation’ in 1999 for a web-based program he designed. Mr. Adams has a BS degree in Organizational Behavior from the University of San Francisco, and is completing a dual Masters degree from Regis University. |
