Tim Sensenig is Chief Executive Officer of Gray Peaks, Inc. and is also a member of the Company's board of directors. Mr. Sensenig brings the strategic focus and mature business judgment gained during two decades of diverse corporate experience. His strategic approach to building a business is reflected in Gray Peak's focus on wireless transportation solutions in the global marketplace.
An accomplished corporate strategist, Mr. Sensenig was co-founder, Vice Chairman and the largest shareholder of Global Logistics Technologies (G-LOG), building the company to be the market leader in Global Transportation Software serving Third & Fourth Party Logistics Providers. He sold G-Log to Oracle Corporation in November of 2005.
In 2002, Mr. Sensenig founded Grayhawk Capital, LLC seeking LBO transactions. From 1993 to 1998, Mr. Sensenig was a member of Donaldson, Lufkin and Jenrette, where he focused on technology investments for the head of investment banking for technology. During his tenure at DLJ, he identified opportunities in what became known as the supply chain industry and was responsible for the sales of leading supply chain companies.
From 1986 to 1993, while at Wheat First Securities, Mr. Sensenig participated in numerous Commercial Banking take-over and buy-out activities. |
