Tim A. Quintanilla CPA, our Audit Partner, has over fourteen years of experience in public accounting. He previous tenure includes serving as an Audit Manager of Lesley Thomas Schwartz & Postma and with Price Waterhouse. He has also served as Chief Financial Officer of a regional brokerage and investment banking firm in Irvine, CA. His core competencies are in the area of audits, reviews & compilations of both closely held and public companies. He is responsible for planning and supervising engagements from the performance of auditing and accounting procedures to raising capital through the preparation of Private Placement Memorandum or Small Business Registration Statements. He is proactive in assisting clients in preparing business plans; establishing accounting policies; budget development; and, SEC financial reporting and disclosures. He graduated from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and Accounting. Tim is the past Co-Chairman of the California Society of CPAs Audit & Accounting Committee of the Orange County Chapter. In addition, Tim is a past member of the USC Men's Varsity Baseball Team.Tim is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, California Society of Certified Public Accountants, and SEC Practice Section of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, TEC Worldwide and Principa Alliance, a Global Network of Consulting Professionals. |
