Mr. Kuntz has served as Vice President of Administration since February 24 1998 and prior thereto served as Vice President of Human Resources since the formation of the Company through the merger of Healthdyne Maternity Management and Tokos Medical Corp. in March 1996. Mr. Kuntz joined Healthdyne Inc. in 1992 and served as Vice President of Administration until March 1996.
Prior to joining Healthdyne Mr. Kuntz was associated with Glasrock Home Health Care Inc. from 1985 to 1992 where he served as Director of Human Resources Administration until 1989 and Vice President of Human Resources from 1989 to 1992. He was associated with The Louisiana Land and Exploration Co. an independent oil and gas company from 1977 to 1985 in various human resources positions including Manager of Employee Relations from 1980 to 1985. Mr. Kuntz served as a Human Resources Representative with the Ocean Drilling and Exploration Co. from 1975 to 1977.
Mr. Kuntz earned a bachelor's degree in management from the University of New Orleans in 1975. |
