As Director of Information Technology for Magee Resource Group, Thomas directs the IT policy for the company and designs, implements and maintains all IT systems. He also negotiates and maintains vender relations and strategic partnerships.

With a background in IT support, Thomas came to MRG in July of 1997 as a Project Coordinator in the IT recruiting division, while attending night classes towards a major in Computer Information Systems and Business Administration. In January of 1999, he advanced to Account Manager, breaking the MRG Rookie Sales Record that year. He is considered by his clients and contemporaries to be an industry expert and is often called upon to offer consultative analysis and creative solutions.

Due to his background in network and database administration, combined with 10 years in IT recruiting, there is perhaps no one in the nation more qualified to drive the SAP technical sourcing practice at MRG.
