Mr. Watson joined the Company in 2004 bringing over fourteen years of experience in real estate investments and development, advisory services and banking. Prior to joining JPBE, Mr. Watson was a Director at The St. Joe Company where he led strategic planning efforts for the development of approximately one million acres of land, originated and executed land sales transactions, and created marketing programs for retail and commercial developments. Previously, Mr. Watson was Director of Advisory Services at Jamison Research, Inc., a real estate research and consulting group, and served as an Internal Auditor and Loan Officer in the banking industry. Mr. Watson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Florida State University. |
