Thomas Wasserman has served as a director since August 2005. Mr. Wasserman is vice president of Constellation Ventures, focusing on the firm's investments in communications, IT, and media, with particular emphasis on hosting and network services, media transport technologies, and traditional media.
In addition to serving on MTM Technologies’ board of directors, he also serves on the board of directors of The Gospel Music Channel, and serves as an observer on the board of directors of Verance Corp and Net Insight, AB.
Mr. Wasserman was formerly senior manager of corporate development at 360Networks, a global telecommunications service provider funded by Providence Equity, Madison Dearborn, the Sprout Group, and other private equity funds. At 360Networks, he was responsible for strategic relationships with hardware vendors, other service providers, and strategic customers. In addition, Mr. Wasserman also worked on minority investments, mergers and acquisitions, and public and private financings.
Prior to 360Networks, Mr. Wasserman was an associate at Charterhouse Group International, a $1 billion middle market private equity fund. While at Charterhouse, he focused on telecommunications and technology investments. Prior to Charterhouse, Mr. Wasserman worked in investment banking with Donaldson, Lufkin and Jenrette.
Mr. Wasserman has received a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Michigan, graduating with distinction. |
