Tom Vanneman has been in the Technology and Financial Services for 21 years. Prior to joining eSkye, 1998 to 2000, Mr. Vanneman served as Vice President and CFO for Escient Technologies, a holding company for several Internet and technology companies, located in the Midwest and California. At Escient, Mr. Vanneman led two successful Private Placements and oversaw the implementation of the infrastructure required for a rapidly growing company. Prior to joining Escient, Mr. Vanneman served as founding Chief Financial Officer for CorePoint, an IBM subsidiary specializing in Customer Relationship Management software. Prior to CorePoint, Mr. Vanneman was Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Software Artistry (Nasdaq: SWRT), a publicly held software company specializing in help-desk applications, from December 1996 to January 1998. While at Software Artistry, Mr. Vanneman was instrumental in executing the company's merger with Tivoli Systems, a subsidiary of IBM. Before his tenure at Software Artistry, from 1992 to 1996, he was Vice President and Treasurer of Acordia, Inc., an insurance services company based in Indianapolis. During his tenure, Mr. Vanneman assisted with the firm's initial public offering and helped manage annual revenue growth from $60 million to $200 million. |
