Tom is responsible for the development and management of Government programs for all Opus regions. He leads the effort to identify potential projects, establish strong client relationships, and provide a consistently high quality of service on all Government projects nationwide. His team is involved in all government projects from beginning to end.
Experience
Tom joined Opus in August 2003 to establish the Government Program. Prior to joining Opus, he was a senior executive with architecture-engineering and environmental management firms. Tom spent 20 years of active duty in the US Air Force design and construction programs.

Qualifications
Tom holds an engineering degree from Iowa State University, a Management Degree from Central Michigan University, and a diploma in International Relations from the Air Force Air War College. |
