Thomas is responsible for giving oversight to all aspects of research and development in the BluePhoenix family of software tools and products. He has over 12 years of experience with enterprise-level software development and support. His expertise has been in the banking and financial sectors where his primary role has been to help the customer understand their complex enterprise software environments and to assist them in moving mission-critical applications to newer technologies. His technical speciality is enterprise architecture and the development of enterprise software for the PC Mid-tier platforms and the mainframe.
Prior to his current role Thomas was the Director of R&D for the BluePhoenix Redevelopment product line. Before this he served as the Director for Software Development and Support in BluePhoenix. Prior to BluePhoenix Thomas was the Manager of Development and Support for Level 8 Systems. Prior to Level 8 Thomas was the Software Development Manager for Seer Technologies. He had worked for Seer as an on-site consultant working with several large multinational organizations such as IBM-Japan LBS-IT (Germany) and Credit Suisse First Boston.
Thomas received a BS in Computer Science from the University of Pittsburgh. |
