Whatever the job, Thomas Moore goes out of his way to get it done. With years of customer service experience, Thom has learned one important rule: the customer must walk away satisfied. Thom has a BA in Psychology from Michigan State University (go Spartans!) and an MS in Human Resource & Organizational Development from Eastern Michigan University (go Eagles!). As his degrees suggest, Thom has an ongoing interest in the interaction between business and psychology and believes that "to truly understand a business and see it succeed, one must first strive to understand and properly acknowledge the people within." Thom also has a deep love for details and strives to be aware of everything that goes on around him. On a side note, please congratulate Thom and his wife on the purchase of their very first home. Thom is now busy collecting rakes, snow shovels and power tools. |
