Mr. Milley is a Partner of the Alberta law firm Demaniantschuk, Milley, Burke & Hoffinger. He has served on a number of boards of public and private companies focussed principally in the high tech sector. He was formerly chairman of the board of International Datashare Corporation, a TSX listed company. He is also a director of ILI Technologies Corp.
