Tom has served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company since April 17, 2006. From September 1997 until joining DineWise, he was Corporate Secretary, Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Global Payment Technologies Inc. ("GPT"), a NASDAQ Global Markets technology company. From October 1996 to September 1997, Tom served as Controller of GPT. From March 1995 through October 1996, he served as Director of Finance for Bellco Drug Corp., a pharmaceutical distribution company. From January 1991 through August 1992, he was Controller and from August 1992 to May 1994, he was Vice President of Operations for Marx & Newman, a division of United States Shoe Corporation, a manufacturer and distributor of women's footwear. Tom is a Certified Public Accountant. |
