A mining engineer by trade, Mr. McGrail has many years’ background in the mining industry-most of it in Latin America. He has overseen the shift from exploration to production of several large open-pit gold mines in Central and South America. Since January 2002, he’s worked with Minera Cerro Quema, which is now constructing the Cerro Quema mine in Panama.
