Thomas B. McDonnell, MAI, CCIM is the President of CB Richard Ellis' Valuation & Advisory Services division. His extensive experience in commercial real estate spans 20 years with over 16 years specifically focused on the analysis and valuation of commercial real estate. As President, Mr. McDonnell oversees over 425 professionals in 52 offices across the nation and puts him in the forefront to successfully work with some of CBRE's most prestigious clients, including Bank of America, Wachovia, Deutsche Bank, Morgan Stanley, Merrill Lynch, RBS Greenwich Capital, and JP Morgan Chase, Wells Fargo Bank.
Since 1991, Mr. McDonnell has been engaged in the preparation of real estate appraisals, rent and market studies of a wide variety of property types including office, retail, industrial, multi-family, mixed-use, land, self-storage, automobile dealerships, mobile home parks, net leased investments, hotel/motel, parking garages and varies special purpose properties.
Prior to being appointed President, Mr. McDonnell was Senior Managing Director of the Midwest Region.
