Thomas P. Marinacci, CPA, is a Partner in Goldstein Golub Kessler LLP. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Marinacci spent four years with the Morgan Bank and 12 years with Spicer and Oppenheim, a national accounting firm specializing in high-net-worth individuals, trusts, estates and middle-market businesses. He has extensive experience in the financial services industry. His client portfolio includes broker-dealers, specialist firms, traders, hedge funds and individuals associated with Wall Street firms. Mr. Marinacci is a frequent lecturer at symposiums and professional organizations on issues concerning these industry groups. He has served on the Income Taxation of Trusts and Estates Committee of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants ("NYSSCPA"). He currently serves on the NYSSCPA Domestic Relations Committee. He is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and of the Wall Street Tax Association. He received an M.S. in taxation from Pace University and a B.S. in accounting from St. John's University. |
