Thomas R. Manniello is a shareholder in the Monterey office and chairperson of the firm's Litigation Practice Group. He specializes in general education law, with a primary focus on litigation. He has assisted school districts in lawsuits regarding students' rights to freedom of speech and freedom of the press, business matters such as breach of contract and enforcement of lease provisions, modification of federal consent decrees, and employment matters.
Mr. Manniello is a member of both the Alaska and California Bar Associations. He is admitted to practice in all California and Alaska courts, the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, the United States District Court for the Northern District of California, and the United States District Court for the District of Alaska. Mr. Manniello previously worked as a litigation associate with a law firm in Fairbanks, Alaska, where he specialized in insurance coverage and defense, breach of contract, discrimination, fraud, personal injury and property damage.
Mr. Manniello earned his J.D. from Hastings College of the Law in 1997 and a B.S. from California State University, San Jose, in 1993. |
