Mr. Klenck has estimated and managed large and technical masonry projects ranging from an expansion of a local state college to a project involving over 100,000 units installed inside a prison facility. Mr. Lux has over thirty-three years of experience in industry and the environmental field. He was the first full-time intra-state biologist assigned in the Ohio Valley to monitor pollution levels on the Ohio River and the major tributaries that feed the Ohio River below Louisville, Kentucky. Projects Mr. Lux worked on included establishing wastewater criteria to ensuring compliance with BOD and COD limits, studies on indigenous fish populations and macro-invertebrates. Mr. Lux also participated in tracking pollution migration down the Ohio River from resulting spills.
His career as a biologist has afforded him the opportunity to work closely with the USEPA Region V, U.S. Forest Service, U.S. Coast Guard, U.S. Geological Survey, Smithsonian Institute, multiple State Fish and Wildlife Agencies, State Environmental Protection Agencies, and several universities. As a degreed biologist with a strong background in chemistry, Mr. Lux has worked with several Fortune 500 companies to develop initiatives in reducing waste, maximizing precious metal recovery, increasing efficiencies in waste removal, special waste disposal, recycling, and hazardous waste management.
As an Environmental Waste Manager for one of Indiana’s largest landfills, Mr. Lux worked closely with local industry to ensure compliance with all federal RCRA statutes and state disposal requirements. In addition, all state and local permitting issues and testing requirements for proper waste disposal of special waste were his responsibility. Hazardous waste determination, landfill compliance, and customer interaction with major manufacturing firms located in Indiana, Illinois, and Kentucky were all coordinated through Mr. Lux.
As Senior Project Manager, Mr. Lux has worked nationwide with major corporations and large consulting firms. Mr. Lux has used his experience in developing work plans, estimating, job costing, job safety analysis and procurement to deliver on time, under budget projects. Projects included demolition, decontamination, remediation, stabilization, landfill capping, hazardous and non-hazardous waste disposal and industrial services.
